What do I need to prepare to rent a student residence in Hong Kong?
Usually just your passport/travel document, student visa or admission letter (if available), plus deposit and first rent. If you have not arrived yet, you can view photos/videos remotely via WhatsApp or our enquiry form; a dedicated concierge will follow up so you can sign and move in quickly after arrival.

Can I sign a lease without an HKID card?
