Windy is Executive Director of Cheuk Ngai Development Management and a licensed estate agent. As a professional property investment advisor, her team has over 10 years of experience in property investment, focusing on the rental market and tenant management, cooperating with more than a hundred agents and landlords across Hong Kong.
