What do I need to prepare to rent a student residence in Hong Kong?
Usually just your passport/travel document, student visa or admission letter (if available), plus deposit and first rent. If you have not arrived yet, you can view photos/videos remotely via WhatsApp or our enquiry form; a dedicated concierge will follow up so you can sign and move in quickly after arrival.

What are the differences between whole-flat, co-living and bed-space rentals?
Whole-flat gives you an entire unit — great for families or groups. Co-living provides a private room with shared living areas, ideal for meeting fellow students. Bed-space is the most budget-friendly with basic furniture and utilities included. All options are furnished and move-in ready.
Can I sign a lease without an HKID card?
Yes. A passport with student visa or admission letter is sufficient. Our concierge can complete the lease and move-in formalities in Chinese or English.
